We decided to postpone Avery's big friend birthday party because it was looking like we would be moving back home around that time and I couldn't imagine a better place to celebrate than at home!
But we couldn't postpone ALL the celebrating!
John had to work on Avery's actual birthday, so we agreed to pretend Avery's birthday was the day before (we are going to get good at this sort of pretending over the years :)). And since Avery's birthday then fell on a Friday, Max joined us for an extra special Friday Night Pizza Party, full of cake, presents, and balloons!
(the wine choice was called "Middle Sister" - seemed appropriate!)
